Starting off October with a bang! We have an extensive (but by no means exhaustive) list of some events around the northwest to help you get your spooky on this season including interviews with members of Seattle horror/comedy improve troupe Blood Squad and the Scream Team from the Stocker Farms Field of Screams. We also have our reviews of the Revenant Film Festival, Pandorum and Zombieland, we talk about our experience seeing Surrogates at the Gold Class Cinema in Redmond and desperately try and say something about our experience playtesting Left 4 Dead 2 that won’t cause Valve send hired goons over to break our kneecaps.
All that and geek news and Seattle geek events.

Armed with four folding chairs and serious improv chops, Blood Squad will improvise a full-length show on a theme selected by the audience members. As always, nothing will be sacred. And most of the many characters these nimble minds piece together – and play in turns – will die a gruesome, hilarious death. Do not miss this!

Lynden is north of Bellingham on the Canadian border. Great small town with dutch heritage and windmills! A friend of mine works for the chamber of commerce and organizes many of their annual festivals.
I’m playing Animal Crossing: City Folk on the Wii.
Great episode! Love the included fear-factor!
