Both of us have been struck by an icky upper respiratory funk this week so we bring you a show that is a somewhat abbreviated from what we had planned so we can get back to resting and recuperating in anticipation of of Emerald City ComiCon this weekend!

The show may be shortened, but the quality is still there! This week we bring you interviews from across the geeky spectrum. We talk with steampunk musicians Toy Box Trio about their new album Miniature Menagerie, CEO of Fugazo Games Andrew Lum about Fugazo’s new WiiWare game Frobot and filmmakers Robert “Benny” Couch, Jason “Doctor Boxcar” Slingerland and Wilhelm “The Pixie” Rumpf about their documentary Hobocon.

We even fought through our failing voices to talk about a few Seattle area geek events and the weekly geek news.

For one night only our cast of improvisors will be joined by two stars from the hit web series “The Guild”: Sandeep Parikh (@sandeepparikh, aka “Zaboo”) and Jeff Lewis (@jeffylew, aka “Vork”)! Both are in town as media guests of the Emerald City ComicCon. In addition to their work on The Guild, Sandeep is also the creator of the Comedy Central produced webseries, “The Legend of Neil” (@legendofneil).
